Bruce has over 20 years of professional marketing research experience on the supplier side of the business specializing in consumer package goods research. He has an extensive background in concept testing, positioning testing, product testing, tracking, and customer relationship management.

Over the last three years, Bruce has worked closely with Dr. Bill Etter and Dr. Earl Taylor in developing and refining Research International’s approach to branding and customer relationship management/customer satisfaction research with a particular emphasis on web based programs.

Bruce is actively involved in industry associations and has presented at the AMA National Marketing Research Conference and at CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations) conferences. Bruce has a degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
