With 20 years of recruiting experience and a background in operations management and marketing, Ginger Lindsey is recognized as one of the leading market research recruiters in the US. Prior to founding her executive recruiting firm in 1994, Ginger worked for several Fortune 500 organizations including Marriott, Pizza Hut, The Southland Corporation and was then hired by M/A/R/C as the firm’s corporate headhunter, where she discovered that her prior experience was a great match for the market research industry.
Clients include leading MR firms and many Fortune 100 and 500 corporations. Ginger has worked with the MSMR students for the past 14 years and has been and active Advisory Board Member for over 5 years.
Ginger works and resides in Coppell, TX, is a long-distance triathlete, 2-time Boston Marathon qualifier and fundraiser for God Cares School and Orphanage in Kampala, Uganda and the Annual Run Proud for Dessert 5K which supports ALS research. She and her husband, Rick, have 3 married adult children and are awaiting the birth of their 4th grandchild.
