John has been with Hallmark since 1988 and is currently a Consumer Research Director. He works with the Greetings, Gift Wrap, and Party businesses and Creative division to help them develop a deeper understanding of consumers and shoppers. His team is responsible for delivering impactful consumer understanding to inform the development of consumer-based innovation. The team utilizes a variety of consumer research approaches and techniques to help uncover unmet needs and help business partners develop deeper consumer empathy.
Prior to Hallmark, John spent 2 years working Boeing developing and enhancing computer simulation models.
