LGBTQA Program - Now Hiring

The LGBTQA Program is an initiative hosted by the Division of Student Affairs that is housed in Multicultural Affairs. The program will be dedicated to providing quality events and support services for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Ally (LGBTQA) and campus community.
 
We are now recruiting for LGBTQA Program 2013-14 staff.

We recommend using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox when submitting online forms.
Forms are not currently compatible with Google Chrome or Ipads.

LGBTQA PROGRAM Graduate Intern (Paid)

DEADLINE TO APLLY: Thursday, April 11

Must be a UTA graduate student in good standing during term of appointment.
Preference will be given to graduate students majoring in Social Work or Educational Leadership & Policy.
Start Date: Monday, May 13

LGBTQA PROGRAM Pride Peer Chairs (PAID)

Must be a UTA student in good standing during term of appointment.
Minimum 2.25 cumulative GPA required.
Start Date: June 3 (preferred)

LGBTQA PROGRAM Pride Peer Team (Volunteer)

Deadline to apply: Thurs April 11

6 positions available for 2013-14. Download volunteer description.
Must be a UTA student in good standing during term of appointment. Interested applicants do not need to be enrolled in summer courses.
Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required
Start date: July 2013 (Option for fall start could be arranged if necessary for chosen candidates)

A select group of applicants will be contacted for interviews within a week after deadline. Unfortunately, we may be unable to conduct interviews with everyone due to the volume of applicants we receive. If you have not heard from us by April 15th, it unfortunately means that you have not been selected for an interview this year. PLEASE do not contact office directly.
