Learn how to define and classify racism and discuss current issues of racial tensions in the US.

Cultural Appropriation vs Cultural Appreciation
Learn the difference between cultural appropriation and cultural appreciation and how it relates today in our current society and college campuses.

Does Your Appearance Matter?
Learn how appearance affect our daily lives and how it could lead to an unfair judgement of people.

Learn about the four different roles people play in the context of social justice and which roles are most suitable for you to further your cause.

Each Maversity workshop focuses on a different diversity topic. Students are invited to attend one or multiple workshops in any order. Free lunch is served. Space is limited to 40 students per workshop.
