Music department scholarships are available for incoming students, regardless of major, and are often based on participation in the major ensembles. All scholarships are awarded on the basis of an audition, which may also serve as the the audition for acceptance into the music department. Scholarships are often awarded to both music majors and non-music majors alike. Students receiving a music scholarship are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. To apply for a scholarship, please schedule your audition! Individual areas may also ofter scholarships by audition for current students.
