UTA Summer Strings Camp -- July

The UTA Summer Strings Camp strives to provide each student
an opportunity to work with and learn from the highest quality
instructional faculty from around the State of Texas. It is our
desire that each student grow musically and personally while at
the same time enjoy all the fun and excitement of summer camp
life. |
| A fun and enriching curriculum of string orchestra
rehearsals, sectionals, electives, All State Orchestra
Masterclasses, and electives will be taught by outstanding high
school and junior high/middle school orchestra directors from
across the state. Students will participate in one of six string
orchestras based on an audition and perform a Final Concert on
the last evening. The camp is open to students who have had at
least one year of instruction on a string instrument up to high
school seniors. |
