The Alexander Technique teaches you how to
perform with increased comfort and ease, reduce tension and
effort, and improve posture, coordination, and breathing.
You can learn to stop creating unnecessary tension and effort by
using your whole body in a new way.
Half-hour private lessons in the Alexander
Technique are available August 4-6 for $25, a special price for
TX Cello Academy Students. You may schedule lessons with Ms.
Richmond in advance of the Academy by contacting her at info@alexandertechniquedfw.com or
by making arrangements with her at the workshop she will be
teaching on Tuesday August 5. |
