- Grant prompts new program

- The University of Texas at Arlington and University of Texas at San Antonio have paired on a program that will offer students new language classes in Portuguese, Russian and Japanese, according to The Dallas Business Journal. The classes are available through a $204,903 UT System grant. UT Arlington and UTSA’s track record in the use of educational technology to teach language weighed into the schools’ favor, system officials said.
