Retirement and faculty honors noted
The Fort Worth Business Press' People column for June 25 featured several UT Arlington items, including last week's announcement that UT Arlington President James Spaniolo will retire. The column also noted that Judy LeFlore, a professor in the College of Nursing, and Jeannette Crenshaw, a clinical assistant professor who teaches in the college’s online program, have been selected as fellows of the American Academy of Nursing and will be honored at the academy’s annual conference in October in Washington, D.C. and that William Ickes, professor of psychology, has been selected to receive the International Association of Relationship Researchers (IARR) Book Award for his book, “Strangers In A Strange Lab.”
