The Washington Post and Inc. magazine note Sabherwal research
Washington Post columnist Jena McGregor cited new research co-authored by Sanjiv Sabherwal, UT Arlington associate professor of finance/real estate, that shows that while most people believe confidence is an attribute in leaders, when it comes to CEOs and mergers and acquisitions, there can also definitely be too much of a good thing. Inc. magazine also carried an article about the research.
UT Arlington students organize peaceful protest
WFAA/ABC 8 and KTVT/CBS 11 reported on the peaceful protest of the George Zimmerman verdict led by student members of the NAACP chapter at UT Arlington. Local leaders and students from Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas also participated. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram published a photo gallery of the event.
