Hundreds of elementary school children will be on The University of Texas at Arlington campus Wednesday and Thursday, March 26 and 27. Texas Hall will be transformed into Agrabah—the city of enchantment, where every beggar has a story and every camel has a tale—for performances of Disney’s “Aladdin, Jr.” Aladdin, Jasmine, and of course, the Genie will sing an Academy award-winning score with songs including “A Whole New World” and “Friend Like Me” and the audience will experience magic, mayhem and flying carpet rides.

Shows will begin at 10:30 a.m. both days. Individual tickets for the public will be available at the door on a space-available basis for $5. Group tickets can be purchased by calling (817) 275-7661. The event is an Arlington School District approved activity. Visit www.theatrearlington.org for more information.
