Cooking and human origins to be discussed at Distinguished Anthropologist Lecture

ARLINGTON - Dr. Richard Wrangham, Ruth Moore Professor of Biological Anthropology at Harvard University, will present "Cooking and Human Origins" at the Ben and Trudy Termini Distinguished Anthropologist Lecture 2009 at The University of Texas at Arlington. Professor Wrangham will speak at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 12, in the auditorium of the School of Architecture, 601 W. Nedderman Drive. The lecture will be preceded by a wine and cheese reception at 6 p.m. in the foyer. The event is free and open to the public.

The Distinguished Anthropologist Lecture is sponsored by Drs. Ben and Trudy Termini, the College of Liberal Arts, the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, the Anthropology Club and the UT Arlington chapter of Lambda Alpha.
