ARLINGTON

Science Hall on the UT Arlington campus will remain closed Wednesday, and evening classes scheduled in the building have been canceled. Science Hall is scheduled to re-open at 8 a.m. Thursday.

The Central Library will re-open at 5 p.m. today.

The buildings were closed this morning after water runoff from the day's storms flooded sub-basements in the buildings. Crews were working to remove the water and restore power to the buildings.

Both buildings are east of South Cooper Street and north of South Nedderman Drive on the central campus.

Students, faculty and staff are asked to continue to monitor their campus e-mail inboxes for MavWire and Trailblazer Extra editions for the most current information about the buildings and any affected class schedules.
