street fair filled with hands-on exhibits, workshops with local scientists and
an appearance by astronaut Barbara Morgan will all be part of the Sally Ride
Science Festival Oct. 30 at The University of Texas at Arlington. The event, presented by ExxonMobil and Sally Ride Science, is one of several held each year
across the country to bring science to life and inspire upper elementary and
middle school girls to think about the vast range of careers in science.
