the HowStuffWorks.com founder, will speak on “Your Spare Time is Your Most Important Time, and Other
Thoughts on Making a Million Dollars” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, in Nedderman Hall Room 100, 416 S. Yates St, on The University of Texas at Arlington
appearing as part of the College of Engineering Speaker Series. A 5 p.m.

How Stuff Works as a hobby in 1998 and it has grown to one of the top websites
in the country. In 2007, Discovery Communications purchased HowStuffWorks.com
for $250 million. Brain now is the host of the National Geographic channel’s
Brain says the
average human being has approximately eight hours of spare time available each
day - roughly a third of a person’s life. He asks: How are you using your spare time?
