Sriram Villupuram, associate professor of finance and real estate, spoke with The Dallas Morning News about the $418 million settlement by the National Association of Realtors that could save home buyers and sellers thousands. Villupuram said home prices may slightly drop in Dallas-Fort Worth and the decrease in commission can give “sellers wiggle room for bargaining.”
