must be received in Undergraduate Student Services (USS, UTA
School of Nursing, Box 19407, Arlington, TX 76019-0407) postmarked no
later than January 2.
If you are not currently attending UTA, contact
the Office of Admissions for an appropriate UTA application:
817-272-MAVS and submit that application as indicated below. |

In order to process the evaluation of your
folder at the School of Nursing, you will need to also complete a UTA
application and send it to the UTA Office of Admissions (UTA Box 19111,
Arlington, TX 76019-0111) by January 2 to meet Nursing application
deadlines.
