Bachelor of Science in Nursing
RN to BSN Program
If you are not currently a registered nurse, please review the information on the
BSN Program.
|
|
The RN to BSN degree option is designed for the registered nurse who
wishes to earn a baccalaureate degree. Students are admitted each
fall and spring (some distance education sites admit students in fall or spring
only) following completion of 60 hours of
prerequisites. Students who enroll full-time can complete the
nursing courses in two semesters, meeting all day one day per week
for classroom instruction. Part time options are available.
Program sites located on the UT Arlington campus and at various community colleges and hospital sites permit students to complete the majority of their classroom
work in their local communities.
Classes are available in the traditional program (in the classroom) or
by DVD allowing the student to choose an option that best fits their
schedule and learning style. (more information on options is available
by speaking with an RN-to-BSN advisor)
There is an additional option for those Registered Nurses working at a
partnership hospital. If you are seeking information on that online
program, please visit this link:
