Mission Statement: 

The mission of the Center for Leadership in Nursing and Health Care is the development of leaders in health care at all stages of life and career. The Center promotes the personal and professional development of nurse executives, managers, clinicians, educators and other related health care professionals employed in all types of settings. We do this by creating safe spaces and experiences where leaders come for building knowledge, taking action, reflecting and renewing.

   The goal of the Center is to increase leadership knowledge, skills and research expertise through collaboration with a variety of community resources in offering lectureships, institutes, conferences, workshops, seminars and mentorships.
