The staff of the Learning Resources Center (LRC) believe that the mission of the LRC is to carry out the philosophy, purposes, and objectives of the School. We affirm the intrinsic dignity and worth of every person as a composite of unique attributes and diverse needs. The LRC is an integral part of the School of Nursing and creates an educational climate which promotes intellectual inquiry, critical thinking, and creativity in the development of each student's potential through self-directed and teacher-directed learning experiences. The LRC fosters an educational environment that is free from undue stress and anxiety and is conducive for learning.
