I have enjoyed a wealth of diverse experiences as a staff nurse, a clinical director and an administrator of human resources in a multi-system health care organization. As a nurse, I am committed to healthy living; as an educator, I am committed to facilitating adult learning in a creative and meaningful manner; and as a team leader of Community Health Nursing, I am committed to working with each member of our team, each student and the many community agencies to advance Public/Community Health Nursing practice.  It is truly an honor to be a member of this professional team of nursing educators where I am able to influence all of these areas.
