Spring Commencement - School of Nursing

Graduates - please assemble at 6:00 p.m. at the back (West side) entrance to Texas Hall - guests enter at the front (East Side) entrance.

No RSVP is needed for guests; however, tickets must be presented.
Guest seating is on a first-come - first-seated basis and
guests must enter Texas Hall at the front (East Side) entrance.
Arrive early for preferred seating

Information for Graduates
You must immediately apply for graduation, if you have not done so. 
Undergraduates -- at the Graduation Office in Davis Hall, room 129;
MSN and PhD -- at Dr. Phil Cohen’s office in Davis Hall, room 333. 

TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS

Tickets will be available beginning on April 21^st, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.  Each student will be given 12 tickets.  Please pick them up from Oretha Wilson, on the 6^th floor of Pickard Hall, after completing the Graduation Attendance form.  Graduates must show picture identification and sign for their tickets. Tickets will only be distributed to those who have completed the online or paper RSVP form.

 On May 2, 2008, all tickets not picked up will be given out on a first come-first served basis. 

The deadline to RSVP for Spring Graduation is April 21st, 2008.
