Candidates who file their paperwork late or who did not RSVP to participate by listed deadlines are not guaranteed guest tickets.
Graduates will be notified through their UTA email concerning the procedure to retrieve tickets for the commencement ceremony. There will be multiple ticketing offers made according to the schedule below.
Ticketing Offer 1: On November 17, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim up to 6 guest tickets reserved in their name, and up to 4 more guest tickets while quantities last. This offer will begin November 18 at 10:00 am and last until noon on December 1, at which time all reserved guest tickets will no longer be available and all unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool. Graduates are asked to download only the actual number of guest tickets that they will use so students who need them can claim them through Ticketing Offer 2.
Ticketing Offer 2: On December 1, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim additional guest tickets from the central ticketing pool, if available, and while quantities last. This offer will begin December 2 at 10:00 am and last until noon on December 8.
Ticketing Offer 3: On December 8, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim up to six stand-by tickets. Seating for stand-by ticket holders is not guaranteed and will be based on availability of seating in College Park Center at the time of the ceremony. This offer will begin December 9 at 10:00 am and last until the start time of each individual ceremony
