MSN/MPH Dual Degree Program

Master of Science in Nursing/Master of Public Health

The MSN/MPH education program is a collaborative effort of The University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing (UTACON) and the University of North Texas (UNT) School of Public Health in Fort Worth. The program prepares advanced practice nurses for leadership positions in public health and population-focused care. The coordinated curriculum on each campus is designed to meet requirements for the MSN degree and the MPH degree. Students earn both degrees with fewer credits than would otherwise be required for two separate degrees. The coordinated curriculum includes nursing core and administration courses and public health core courses.
