The International Office promotes international programs and services across the breadth of the University by providing a focal point for the international arena. It supports the University by:

1. Providing special services to the 3,000 international students from 110 countries to ensure opportunities for academic success and for intercultural exchange.
2. Encouraging UTA students to study abroad in order to develop a better understanding of other cultures and the world at large, and promoting cooperative programs with institutions in other countries to facilitate student, faculty, and other academic exchange.
