A successful petition is not guaranteed. A H-1 petition requires 3-steps- Determining the prevailing wage through the Texas Workforce Commission.
- Certification of a Labor Conditions Application by the Dept of Labor and
- Submitting the petition and supporting documents to USCIS.
Instructions for Departments/Petitioner

Complete Form Request to initiate H-1B process.
To be mailed with the original signatures to Jose Fleming, but the initial process can be started with a faxed copy.

Processing take approximately 15-20 business days.
