Check list For H-1B Processing
  1. Review H1 instructions
    A successful petition is not guaranteed. A H-1 petition requires 3-steps
    1. Determining the prevailing wage through the Texas Workforce Commission.
    2. Certification of a Labor Conditions Application by the Dept of Labor and
    3. Submitting the petition and supporting documents to USCIS.

  2. Complete Form Request to initiate H-1B process.
    To be mailed with the original signatures to Jose Fleming, but the initial process can be started with a faxed copy.

  3. H1 Foreign Employee/Beneficiary Questions to be sent in via fax or mail.

  4. H1 Foreign Employee Beneficiary items needed.

  5. Wait for certification of prevailing wage by Texas Workforce Commission. Processing take approximately 15-20 business days.



  6. Processing of H1-B department documents. H1-B Job offer letters from UTA.
