Purpose/Uses:
Use this form to request for an Invitation Letter.
Request workflow:
You can email the completed form to international@uta.edu or print it out and drop it off at the Office of International Education.
Normal processing takes 7-10 business days.
If you reside outside the DFW metroplex you may refer to the mail-in/mail-out process.
