Course Waiver
Please read these instructions then click the link at the end to print
the form using Adobe Acrobat; note that the form is non-fillable. Students
need to read the entire form before taking it to their advisor, and are
only required to complete Part A. If a Less than Full Course Waiver is
turned in with Part B completed by the student instead of the academic
advisor, the form will not be accepted. Please also note that the form
should NOT be typed, but should be handwritten.
Please bring the completed form to the Office of International Education. In three business days, the student will be contacted by the OIE as to whether or not the waiver has been approved. Students only need copies of the approved form if they have an assistantship, and the student should request the copy when turning in the form.
