Please read these instructions before you visit the Office of International Education to purchase your ISIC/ITIC

Check your eligibility. A copy of documented eligibility is required to purchase the ISIC card. Examples of acceptable documentation include:
Students Computer printouts of registration/transcripts showing enrollment within the current academic year Student ID card with an expiration date UTA Students Student ID card Teachers Letter from an institutional administrator Faculty ID card - Complete the application.
- Obtain a passport size and quality color photo. The picture window on the ISIC card is approximately 1 inch wide and 1.5 inches tall. Your entire face must show in the window. You can get a passport photo at most drugstores, print/copy stores and mall photo booths.

Bring your completed application, proof of eligibility, photo and
cash or check for $22.00 to the Office of International Education.
Please make checks payable to "UT Arlington".
Payment is due upon application.
Regular processing time: 2-3 working days - Please allow adequate time for processing before your planned travel date.

The office is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please call the office in advance of your visit to ensure prompt service. ISIC cards can be mailed if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is provided.
