All application materials must be submitted to the Office of International Education by 5:00pm on the following deadlines:
October 10th for Spring Programs
March 10th for Summer, Fall & Academic Year Programs
*Please note that some programs may have earlier deadlines. Please contact the UTA Study Abroad Office for details.Only complete applications will be considered.

with course equivalency form. -
Fill in your details in the
Confidential Reference Request Form
and forward it to the faculty member of your choice.

Upon acceptance to the program, complete appropriate host
institution app.

All requested supporting material (transcripts, recommendation, etc) should be turned in to the Office of International Education (at the address below) either directly from the official source or in a signed, sealed envelope from that source.
