As a student from one of our university exchange partners, you are
eligible to study at The University of Texas at Arlington for a period

begin the application and selection process, you should contact the
Study Abroad Office on your university campus. Once you have been nominated
by your home institution, you can then complete the application form
(see Exchange Application). Upon completion, give the application to
your outgoing exchange coordinator at your university, who will send
us your nomination and application.

- The Exchange Application requires a nomination and signature from your outgoing exchange coordinator. Applications will not be accepted without this signature and nomination.
- The Sponsor Statement must have a Notarial seal/stamp or other attestation.
- The Bank Statement should have a seal or stamp from the bank and should not be more than 6 months old.
- Official Transcripts must be mailed with the application. Faxed transcripts cannot be accepted. Transcripts must be translated into English.
Choosing Courses
UTA offers both undergraduate and graduate courses. All courses are
available to exchange students who meet the appropriate academic requirements.
Exchange students are eligible to register for classes upon arrival,
after attending a mandatory orientation. Students must also meet with
an academic departmental advisor before registration. The advisor’s
recommendations should be taken into consideration when choosing courses.
A schedule of courses can be found on the UT Arlington website by

.
Students can search the classes by semester and subject. A complete listing of courses will
appear with a description of the course material and other course details.
