Desktop Support is here to provide software and hardware solutions for students, faculty and staff.
In addition to our standard support services the Desktop Support Team offers focused support in the following areas:
Desktop Associates - The Desktop Support Team works with select individuals from various departments who act as a liaisons between Desktop Support and the Department. This mutual agreement allows for better cooperation in addressing the department's Desktop support issues.
Departmental Labs - The Desktop Support Team works with the departments to deliver focused service level agreements for support of departmental labs.
