Update Antivirus

Ensure Your Antivirus is Updated

To protect your computer against current malware, it is imperative that you ensure your antivirus software is up-to-date. Check that you are running the current UT Arlington antivirus software, System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection.

1. Look for System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection from the All Programs section of the Start menu.





2. If you have System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection, go to Step 4.
3. Download the latest antivirus if you see Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection instead of System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection.
4. Open System Center Endpoint Protection from the All Programs section of the Start menu and click on Update from the Update tab.
5. Select Full Scan and choose Scan Now from the Home tab.
