Computer or Printer Purchase Information
New computer and printer purchases are required to conform to section VII of the university’s purchasing procedure for computer equipment.
The Volume Purchase agreement allows departments to order new computers and printers that meet OIT Desktop recommendations at a discount. There is no minimum to buy to receive the discount. All these products are fully supported by Desktop Support.
These are the standard desktop and laptop models for purchase at UTA. OIT supports the hardware and standard UTA software loaded if you purchase these models.
