Graduating Students
Congratulations on your achievement as you graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington. Please take a moment to read this important information regarding Microsoft software.
Perpetuity Licensing
As a student at The University of Texas at Arlington, you have had Microsoft software products available to you under the Microsoft Campus Agreement (MSCA). If you completed your degree requirements, you are entitled to perpetuity licensing for Microsoft software products of all versions currently available at the UT Arlington Computer Store. These products are only available for purchase prior to graduation. The perpetual license allows you to use these products for as long as you like with no upgrade options.
In order to obtain the perpetual license FOR YOUR RECORDS, you must visit the UT Arlington Computer Store to pick up a copy of the license form. To ensure the accuracy of the verification process, we ask that you pick up the perpetual license within three weeks after your graduation date.
Please note the perpetual license is provided only to students who have completed their degree requirements from The University of Texas at Arlington. If you are leaving the University, but have not been granted a degree, you MUST uninstall any products purchased under the Microsoft Campus Agreement.
