The University of Texas at Arlington is pleased to announce a new e-mail service for students. Major improvements to this service includes large capacity e-mail as well as on-line storage to share files, photos, and communicate with friends. Another outstanding benefit of the new service is its availability to students after graduation.

In addition, an upgrade to the UTA Faculty and Staff Exchange E-mail system will be completed for the fall semester. That upgrade will include an increase in mail box capacity to 2 GB.

New MavMail Features

  • Bigger Mailbox: 10 GB mailbox size for students
  • Calendar: Stay organized, remember important events.
  • Contacts: Address Book synchronized with UTA's Global Address Book

  • Web-Based: Accessible from any Internet connection, including computers, PDAs, and smart phones.
  • Windows Live Account  Stay in touch and share your world. Email, photos, movies, video chat, and more...
  • Hotmail: The efficient way to do email
  • SkyDrive: 25 GB of free online storage for sharing Microsoft Office
    docs and photos
  • Messenger: Stay in touch with the people that matter most
  • Accessible from any Internet connection, including computers, PDAs, and smart phones.
