The Office of Information Technology strives to provide the best products and services to our faculty, staff, and students. That is why we are pleased to announce that OIT has replaced our ITSM ticketing system with a new tool called ServiceNow IT Service Management. This system includes a new self-service portal, knowledge based articles, and status notifications.
In order to assist our customers more efficiently, the ITSM self-service portal is no longer be available. Instead, please visit https://uta.service-now.com/selfservice
As always, please reach out to the IT Help Desk if you would like an update on any of your tickets or would like to submit an incident or IT service request.
