Installation of 3DS Max 6

System requirements: Windows

Description:

Replace this content with your own. In addition, click the Configurations button and select an appropriate Configuration Set for this page other than this default one.

How to Use:

1. Insert the '3ds max 6 character studio 4' CD into the CD drive

Begin the installation using the manufactures default selections until you reach the following screens:

1. 3ds max 6 Components -

   1. Select the 'Add' radio for '3ds max 6 SDK'

   2. Select 'Install'

Continue the installation using the manufactures default selections until you reach the following screens:

1. 3ds max 6 Setup: Enter the following -

   1. Select the 'Browse' button

   2. In the 'Folder Name' field enter C:\Program Files\3dsmax6, then select 'Ok'

   3. License Information - Select 'Network'

   4. Network License Server - enter lm-autocad.uta.edu, then select 'Next'

Continue the installation using the manufactures default selections, allowing all instances of the Windows Installer to complete.

Known Issues: This version of 3ds-Max is obsolete, please reference the latest version 3ds-Max 2012.
