How to Get:

Deep Freeze software is purchased for the use on campus by OIT. Contact the OIT Help Desk to inquire into obtaining the software.

Installation:

E-mail helpdesk@uta.edu to create a call ticket. A Desktop Support technician will contact you to setup date/time to meet with you to discuss how-to install, how the software works, built-in maintenance period and will train you on deep freeze usage.
