Known Issues:

SecureDoc users with Mac OS X 10.7 need to install the SecureDoc 5.3-SR4 client before installing the Mac OS X 10.7.5 update.

The SecureDoc 5.3-SR4 client will not install on OS X 10.8.2 Macs but will install on Macs with OS X 10.8.0 and 10.8.1.

If you have SecureDoc installed on a Mac with OS X 10.8.0 or 10.8.1, hold off on further updates (including 10.8.2) as doing so will cause problems on your system. We are working with Winmagic to support updates on OS X 10.8.

Some Adobe installers (CS5, Acrobat, etc.) may fail to install on computers with SecureDoc 5.3-SR4.  Please contact the Helpdesk for assistance if you experience this issue.  This issue is will be resolved with the SecureDoc 6.1-SR1 client.

Faronics DeepFreeze for Mac is uncompatible with SecureDoc.  It is strongly recommended that DeepFreeze for Mac be uninstalled before installing SecureDoc. Faronics has no plans to make DeepFreeze for Mac work with any type of encryption for Mac.
