Known Issues:

  • The Bluetooth protocol is not supported by our full disk encryption client.  You can replace your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with a wireless keyboard, the wired equivalent or you can logon to your laptop while it is out of the docking station, then close and dock the laptop.
  • You must be an administrator on the machine to install the software.  If you are not, the installer will not complete. Click here, to find out if you are an Administrator of your Windows computer. If you need to be added as an administrator, contact the OIT Help Desk.
