How to Get:

How to Use:

  1. Click on the Download icon above and choose Save.

  1. When download is complete, choose Run.

  1. If you get a security warning, choose Run.

  1. Click OK to start the dial-up setup.

  1. Select a phone number that is a local call for you (if you aren't sure, then check with your phone provider).

  1. Read the warning carefully, and click OK.

  1. For User Name, enter your NetID followed by uta.edu:NetID@uta.edu

  1. Click OK to complete the setup.

  1. Double-click on the UTA - University of Texas at Arlington icon on your Desktop.

  1. Click Connect at the dial-up window.

  1. If you want to choose a different number, click on Select.

  2. Choose a different number within your area code, of if you are out-of-town, choose a number for that area code.

  3. Read the warning and click OK.

  4. Click Connect.

  1. While your connected, a dial-up icon will appear by the clock. The disconnect, double-click on the dial-up icon.
