Directions and Parking

ORIENTATION LOCATION

New Maverick Orientation will be held in the University Center on the east side of the UT Arlington Campus. Check-in will take place in Bluebonnet Ballroom located on the east side of the building. Below are two maps to help you find your way

PARKING

Parking for New Maverick Orientation will be reserved in "Park Central" in the College Park Garage located on the corner of UTA Blvd and Center Street. Use the following address for GPS coordinates:

500 South Center St
Arlington, TX 76010

Orientation students and guests may park in the areas marked with Dark Blue signs that say “Faculty, Staff and Student” located on the first, second and third floors of the garage.

*Please be advised that guests parked in the First Baptist Church area (marked with orange signs) or the resident parking area (marked with light blue signs) will be ticketed.

To make your way to the University Center, exit the garage by the police sub-station.  Stairs may be found in the northwest and southwest corners while an elevator is available in the southwest corner of the garage.  Once you exit the garage, you will pass Diggs Taco Shop and Pie-Five. Continue along first street and follow the signage to the University Center.

DIRECTIONS

Directions from Interstate 30:

• Exit Cooper St. (FM-157) and head south. 
• Turn left at UTA Blvd., then right on Center Street.
• College Park Garage will be on your right. Please use the Center Street entrance to access the central section of the garage.

• Orientation students and guests may park in the areas marked with Dark Blue signs that say “Faculty, Staff and Student” located on the first, second and third floors of the garage.

Directions from Interstate 20: 

• Exit Cooper St. (FM-157) and head north. 
• Turn right at UTA Blvd., then right on Center Street.
• College Park Garage will be on your right. Please use the Center Street entrance to access the central section of the garage.

• Orientation students and guests may park in the areas marked with Dark Blue signs that say “Faculty, Staff and Student” located on the first, second and third floors of the garage.

Directions from Highway 360:

• Exit Abram St. and head west. 
• Turn left at Center Street.
• Pass through the light at UTA Blvd and Center Street entrance to the garage will be on your right.

• Orientation students and guests may park in the areas marked with Dark Blue signs that say “Faculty, Staff and Student” located on the first, second and third floors of the garage.
