Veteran Orientation

Military-Connected Transfer Students can choose to attend one of our Veteran Orientation sessions or a traditional Transfer Orientation. Military-Connected Freshmen must attend one of our Freshman Orientations.

VETERAN ORIENTATION DATES

Veteran Orientation is designed to provide a clear understanding of your Veteran Benefits, how to certify, and information on the services and resources that are available to you here at UTA. As a thank you for your service, Veterans choosing to attend the Veteran Orientation program will not be charged the Orientation Fee.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that in order to receive a refund, requests must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled Orientation or Maventure Camp session. This time frame is essential as it allows us to finalize accurate attendee counts and logistical arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If your refund is for Orientation, email Orientation@uta.edu. If it is for Maventure Camp, please email Maventure@uta.edu.
