UTA's Office of University Compliance and Legal Affairs (OUC) provides high quality service and leadership by proactively managing and coordinating UTA legal affairs to support and enhance UTA's educational, research, and public service mission, core values and strategic plan.

The mission of the OUC is to educate our UTA clients as to the laws applicable to UTA's operations, to solve legal problems and facilitate transactions, and to provide advice and representation to help our clients fulfill their missions and meet their goals.
