Maverick Garage has joined PATS

UT Arlington Parking and Transportation Services will begin managing the Maverick Parking Garage on February 19, 2016.

Maverick Parking Garage permits will not be valid in any other UT Arlington parking lot. Although permitting will remain separate from other parking options, provisions of the UT Arlington parking rules and regulations will apply in this garage. These rules and regulations can be found on the PATS webpage, listed below.

Current permit holders of the garage will need to renew their parking permits online at the website listed below. Reserved space permit holders will need to stop by the parking office to renew their permits, as this option is not offered online.

Some of the other changes customers can expect are:

  • No more key cards; the gates will soon be removed.
  • The only two types of permits authorized in the garage will be general or reserved space permits. Night passes will no longer be available.
  • General permits will now cost $449.00. Reserved spaces permits will remain $599.00. (prices are per semester)
  • The hourly rate is $3.00 per hour. Users paying hourly will pay at a new digital parking meter, which will be located on the 1st floor of the garage.
