Air Travel Information

The primary airport to fly in for LCWS12 is the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

For domestic participants, you have the option to fly to Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Ground Transportation Information

Ground transportation to hotels and the conference venue can with the following rental car.

Car Rental - Enterprise
Use Enterprise for discount rate (Do not use Safari! Website does not show all menu options on that browser)

1. Go to the Enterprise Car Rental
2. Enter the code “TX714” in item #3 on the reservation page, after inputting all the relevant info for the reservation.
3. Click “Search”.
4. Input “UTA” to the PIN box in the next page and click “sign in”. You will now see the special rates.

Reservations should be made online at  http://www.betterairportservice.com/dallas-res_from_airport.php.
In order to take advantage of the rate above one must put in "LCWS12" in the comment section of the reservation.   You will receive a reservation confirmation with specific pick up instructions.

Parking

Print permit for free parking   You MUST print this permit and display on your dashboard!!

Sunday for registration please use Faculty lots F11 and F12 near the University Center (UC) and you will have a short walk to the Chemistry Physics Building (CPB).

Monday - Friday please use Park South (overflow if needed to Park Central) in the College Park district. The police will have a guard at the entrance to Park South off Center St. to direct you to the area for LCWS 2012. Please display your printed permit on your vehicle's dashboard.
