Chapter 3 Faculties and Faculty Organizations
Section 3-101 General
The faculties shall act on those matters in which their role and advice or recommendations have been recognized or sought by the Board of Regents or System Administration, the President, and the deans or directors of the college or school or departmental chairs. Pertinent sections are found in Series 40101 of the Regents' Rules and Regulations .
