1-4 Payroll Advance Policy

  1. Chapter 659.083, Government Code prohibits issuing payroll advances prior to the scheduled payday. Scheduled paydays are:

    • Monthly First workday after the end of the pay period

    • Semi-monthly Fifth workday after the end of the pay period

  2. Payroll Services will make no exception.
